NEW YORK CITY, NY – The NYPD is investigating a public lewdness incident aboard a Manhattan subway train,

On Monday, October 2, at about 8:27 pm, a 20-year-old woman was on a downtown “E” train near the Lexington Avenue/53 Street station when an unfamiliar male sat opposite her.

The unknonwn man proceeded to expose himself and commit a lewd act in her presence. Following the act, the individual left the train at the 42 Street/Port Authority Bus Terminal station and made his escape on foot.

The young woman was unharmed.

The suspect is described as a male of medium complexion. He was last spotted in a brown jacket, blue jeans, and black and white sneakers.
