BUFFALO, NY – Buffalo Police need the public’s help in locating a missing 50-year-old, Bernadette Rivera. Bernadette was last seen leaving the area of Tioga St. in the City of Buffalo at approximately 8 am on 07/25/22. Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call 911 immediately.
