Detectives searching for answers after 27-year-old arrives at hospital with gunshot wound

BALTIMORE, Md. — Baltimore detectives are investigating a mysterious shooting after a wounded man showed up at a hospital late Saturday night with a gunshot injury and few details about where the violence happened.

Northern District patrol officers responded around 10:33 p.m. Saturday to an area hospital after receiving reports of a walk-in shooting victim, according to Baltimore police.

When officers arrived, they found a 27-year-old man suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.

Police said the victim’s injuries were considered non-life-threatening.

Investigators have not yet determined where the shooting took place.

Northern District detectives are continuing to investigate and are asking anyone with information to come forward.
