CUMBERLAND, Md. — Authorities in Allegany County have announced a coordinated effort to apprehend wanted individuals as part of a joint initiative involving the Cumberland Police Department, Maryland State Police Cumberland Barrack, and the Allegany County Sheriff’s Office.

The operation, which began on December 19, aims to locate and arrest individuals on the county’s most-wanted fugitives list. Officials are working closely with Allegany/Mineral County Crime Solvers to support the effort.

Incentives for public cooperation are being offered, with Crime Solvers promising instant cash rewards for tips leading to the capture of any of the Top 10 Wanted Fugitives.
