The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 74-year-old Endangered Missing Person Dianna Clark. She was last seen at 5:00 P.M., on Monday, January 3, 2022, on the 35XX block of North 15th Street.
She is 5’7″, 125 lbs., thin build, black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a white knee length coat with brown fur and white sneakers.
