LIBERTY, NY – A tractor-trailer full of trash rolled over on Route 17 near Liberty, New York. No injuries were reported, but the roadway was littered with debris and deisel. Police urged travelers to avoid State Route 17 westbound between exits 98 and 97 due to a tractor trailer rollover with a diesel spill and contents of the trailer. Westbound traffic was closed, eastbound traffic was open to one lane in that area. The debris has since been cleared and the road has been reopened.
