McKeesport, PA – Police in Allegheny County are searching for a man wanted for a Monday morning shooting in McKeesport. 40-year-old Quenton Hughs, of Penn Hills is being sought by police for the shooting of a 45-year-old man on Beacon Street at around 6:00 am Monday morning.,
McKeesport Police and paramedics responded to the 2100 block of Beacon Street for an adult male that was shot multiple times. The victim, a 45-year-old male, was transported to an area hospital in critical condition. Currently, the victim is in stable condition.
Hughes has been charged with aggravated assault, criminal attempted homicide and multiple gun charges.
He is described as a black male, approximately 5’09” in height, and 150lbs in weight. Hughes has ties to the Penn Hills and McKeesport areas.
Anyone sighting Hughes should call 9-1-1 immediately.
