14-year-old beaten and robbed on NYC subway train

NEW YORK CITY – The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s help identifying three suspects involved in a violent robbery on a northbound ‘C’ train subway car at the Euclid Avenue station in Brooklyn, happened on Monday.

The suspects approached a 14-year-old male victim, punched him in the face multiple times, and forcibly removed his cellphone before fleeing the scene.

The victim was treated on site by EMS for minor injuries and did not require further medical attention. The NYPD has released images of the suspects and is urging anyone with information to come forward.
