PHILADELPHIA, PA- The Philadelphia Police Department is urgently seeking the public’s assistance in locating Glen Carter, a missing endangered individual. Glen was last seen at his residence, located at 100 West Clarkson Street, in the early hours of this morning, around 1 a.m. on Monday.
Glen Carter is 57 years old, approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall, and weighs around 150 pounds. He has brown eyes and salt-and-pepper hair styled in a small afro. Notably, Glen is known to wear mismatched shoes, often combining a black boot with a sneaker. He may also be wearing a Timberland jacket, blue jeans, or gray khakis. In the past, Glen has frequented the areas of 15th and Sansom Street, 3700 North Carlisle Street (his previous residence), and Front and Olney Avenue (a Deli).
