Woman missing nearly two weeks in Brooklyn

NEW YORK – The New York City Police Department is asking for assistance from the public in finding Maricela Enriquez-Carranza, a 24-year-old Hispanic female who was reported missing on Friday, June 2,

According to the police report, Enriquez-Carranza was last seen leaving her East 19th Street residence in Brooklyn on Tuesday, May 23, 2023, at approximately 6:00 a.m. She is described as 4’11” tall, weighing 100 pounds, with a light complexion, medium build, and black hair. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a blue shirt, blue jeans, and white Reebox sneakers.

Authorities are urging anyone with information related to this incident to contact the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or the Spanish hotline at 1-888-57-PISTA (74782). Tips can also be submitted online through the CrimeStoppers website at https://crimestoppers.nypdonline.org/. Additionally, information can be shared on Twitter by mentioning @NYPDTips.
