Bomb Threat at Manassas Mall Deemed Unfounded After Investigation

MANASSAS, VA – A bomb threat led to the evacuation of the Manassas Mall early Tuesday morning, creating a tense situation for shoppers and employees. The incident, which unfolded at approximately 8:52 AM at the mall located on 8300 Sudley Rd, was initiated by a threatening post on Instagram.

Authorities responded promptly, securing the area and evacuating the mall to ensure the safety of all present. An extensive search was conducted by the officers, which concluded with no explosive devices found on the premises. Following the investigation, police confirmed that there was no active threat to the mall.
