Do You Know Him? Philadelphia Police Seek Man Wanted for Burglary

PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Philadelphia Police Department’s Northwest Detective Division is on the hunt for a suspect involved in a residential burglary that occurred earlier this month.

Authorities are seeking public assistance to identify the white male believed to be responsible for the crime.

The incident took place on May 7, 2024, around 9:40 PM on the 3300 block of Cresswell St. The homeowner, who was on vacation at the time, returned on May 20 to discover her possessions missing. Security footage from her home revealed a white male with distinctive tattoos, a baseball hat, and a light-colored backpack.

He was seen loading stolen items onto a mountain bike before fleeing the scene.

The suspect is described as a white male with a beard, tattoos on both arms, a teardrop tattoo below his right eye, and an “IRISH” tattoo on his right forearm. He is suspected of being involved in similar burglaries and thefts in the area.

The Philadelphia Police urge anyone with information about the suspect to come forward to assist in the ongoing investigation.
