Anne Arundel Police Seek Public’s Help in Locating Missing 86-Year-Old Man

BALTIMORE, MD — The Anne Arundel County Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Robert Santmyr Bell Sr., an 86-year-old man who may be in need of medical assistance. Bell was last seen this evening around 5:30 p.m. in the area of East Pratt Street and South President Street in Baltimore.

Bell is described as a white male, standing 6 feet tall and weighing approximately 210 pounds. He has white hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a purple Ravens t-shirt and greenish-gray pants. He is believed to be driving a silver or gray Nissan Frontier pick-up truck with Maryland license plate 8AS3012.

Authorities are urging anyone who has seen Bell or has information on his whereabouts to contact the Anne Arundel County Police Department at (410) 222-8610. In case of an emergency, individuals are asked to call 911 immediately.
