MAUMEE, OH — A lucky Ohio Lottery player has won $50,000 after purchasing a Billion scratch-off ticket at Toledo 76 #6018 on Illinois Avenue in Maumee.

The winner will take home approximately $36,000 after state and federal taxes.

The Billion scratch-off, priced at $50, offers a top prize of $1 million annually for 20 years, with three top prizes still available as of August 30.
