Police Searching for Missing Teen Girl in Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing teenager, Heaven Velez, who was last seen on Saturday. The 16-year-old was last spotted in the 2900 block of Weikel Street on August 31.

Heaven Velez is described as being 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighing approximately 160 pounds, with blue eyes and black hair. She was last seen wearing a tan hooded sweatshirt and gray tights.

Authorities urge anyone with information regarding her whereabouts to contact East Detectives at 215-686-3243.
