Findlay man wins $500,000 on 40th birthday with scratch-off ticket

FINDLAY, Ohio — A Findlay man is celebrating a memorable 40th birthday after winning $500,000 playing the Ohio Lottery’s Mega Multiplier scratch-off game, lottery officials said.

The winning ticket was purchased at Speedway #5263, located at 2001 Tiffin Avenue in Findlay.

After mandatory federal and state taxes, the winner will take home approximately $360,000.

He plans to invest the money and take a trip, according to lottery officials.
