Suspect sought in porch package theft on Sparrow Road

CHESAPEAKE, Va. — A suspect is being sought in connection with the theft of a package containing valuable electronic devices from a porch in the 1200 block of Sparrow Road on Thursday, Aug. 8, according to the Chesapeake Crime Line.

The package was stolen from the victim’s property shortly after it was delivered, authorities reported. No further details about the suspect or the items stolen were released.

Police are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual involved. Anyone with information about the theft is encouraged to contact the Chesapeake Crime Line.
