Police search for missing 16-year-old girl last seen in Towson

BALTIMORE COUNTY, Md. — Baltimore County Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 16-year-old Kearah Lavender, who was reported missing on Wednesday afternoon in the Towson area.

Lavender, who is 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs approximately 200 pounds, was last seen around 3 p.m. on Wednesday. She was wearing a beige sweatshirt and black pants, according to a statement from the Baltimore County Police Department.

Authorities have issued a “critical missing” alert and are urging anyone with information on Lavender’s whereabouts to contact the department. Those with information are asked to call 911 or reach the Baltimore County Police at 410-887-2361.

The department has shared her information on social media platforms in an effort to locate her quickly.

No additional details regarding her disappearance were provided.
