Three suspects sought after violent home invasion in Queens

Police are investigating a daytime home invasion in Queens that left a man hospitalized and three suspects on the run.

QUEENS, N.Y. — Three unidentified individuals forced their way into a Queens apartment last weekend, assaulted the resident, and fled with cash and medication, police said.

The incident occurred around 4:12 p.m. on Saturday, June 21, at a residential building located at 102-40 62nd Avenue. According to police, the suspects entered the building and then forcibly broke into the apartment of a 28-year-old man.

Once inside, the suspects punched the victim multiple times and stole approximately $60 and unspecified medication before fleeing the scene on foot in an unknown direction.
