Rawls is described as 5 feet tall, weighing approximately 142 pounds, and may be driving a 2020 grey Jeep with Maryland license plate 1EZ2293.

Authorities believe Rawls may be experiencing a mental health crisis. Anyone with information about her whereabouts is urged to call 911 or contact the Baltimore County Police at 307-2020. Community members are encouraged to remain vigilant as the search continues.
