Cumberland Police seek help locating missing 14-year-old girl

CUMBERLAND, Md. — The Cumberland Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing 14-year-old girl, Jessica P. Nelson, who was last seen in the area of The South Cumberland Marketplace on Industrial Blvd.

Nelson, described as a white female, is approximately 5 feet tall and weighs around 100 pounds. She was last seen wearing a Rolling Stones t-shirt and jeans. She was reported missing on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, at about 4:00 p.m.

Police are urging anyone with information about Nelson’s whereabouts to contact the Cumberland Police Department at 301-777-1600. Callers can remain anonymous.

Authorities are actively searching for Nelson and encourage anyone who may have seen her to come forward.
