HARRISBURG, PA – The Harrisburg Police Department has announced an arrest in a previously unsolved murder that occurred in March.
According to police, officers arrested and charged Jyheir Mosley-Williams for Criminal Homicide, Conspiracy to Criminal Homicide, and various firearms offenses.
“The charges stem from the March 16th 2022 shooting death of Jacoby Strain-Hankerson, which took place in the first block of South 17th Street,” HPD said in a statement.
