On 3/2/2020, at approx. 7:16PM, police were dispatched to Borough Hall for a disturbance at a council meeting. Christopher Angulo, 45, of, Lavallette, NJ was arrested by Patrolman Thomas Harrington and subsequently charged with 2C:33-8, Disturbing a Public Meeting, 2C:33-2A(1) Disorderly Conduct, and 2C:12-1B(5)(A) Aggravated Assault on a Law Enforcement Officer.
