Upon arrival, police found Swan with gunshot wounds in the parking lot of an apartment building. Swan was transported to a hospital, where he was declared dead shortly after.

On Tuesday, just before 4:00 p.m., firefighters from Charles and Prince George’s County, joined by Charles County Sheriff’s Office deputies, responded to a reported brush fire.
