Elyria, OH – A quick stop at the Wellington Eagles turned into a five-figure windfall for one Lorain County man, who turned a $20 KENO wager into a $10,000 win.
The winning ticket was purchased at Wellington Eagles #2051, located at 631 S. Main Street in Wellington. After mandatory state and federal tax withholdings of 27.125%, the winner will take home $7,287.50.
KENO, a fast-paced draw game offered by the Ohio Lottery, allows players to select up to 10 numbers from a field of 80. Drawings occur every few minutes at more than 1,400 locations across the state, with additional access available via the Ohio Lottery mobile app.
