Wheelersburg Man wins $20,000 on Ohio Millions

WHEELERSBURG, OHIO – Tony Hammond of Firebrick, Kentucky, won $20,000 playing the Ohio Lottery Scratch-Off, Ohio Millions.  

After mandatory state and federal taxes totaling 28 percent, Hammond will receive $14,400. 
 
He purchased his winning ticket at Speedee Mart, located at 220 Center St in Wheelersburg. 

Ohio Millions is a $10 scratch-off with a top prize of $40,000 a year for 25 years. As of September 27, 2021, there is one top prize remaining in the game. To learn more about Ohio Millions and the entire lineup of Ohio Lottery Scratch-Offs, click here.
