PHILADELPHIA, PA- The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 32-year-old Kelsey Brooks, who has been reported missing. Kelsey was last seen in early June of 2023 on the 6100 block of Ross Street.
Described as 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing around 140 pounds, Kelsey Brooks has a thin build, brown eyes, and shoulder-length brown hair. Unfortunately, there is no available information regarding her clothing description at this time.
Authorities are urging anyone with any information about Kelsey Brooks’ whereabouts to come forward and assist in the investigation.
