PHILADELPHIA — The Philadelphia Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating three missing individuals, including two teenagers and a 54-year-old woman, last seen in various locations across the city.
Avery Thomas, a 15-year-old male, was last seen on Friday at approximately 10:30 a.m. at his residence on the 5300 block of Westford Avenue. Avery is described as a Black male, 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing 210 pounds, with a heavy build, medium brown complexion, brown eyes, and orange hair. He was last seen wearing a black puffer jacket, a black hoodie, a red polo shirt, khaki pants, and black Crocs with white socks. Police believe he may be in the area of 1200 Filbert Street, though he is also known to frequent the 300 block of Chew Avenue and the 500 block of East Duval Street.
The department is also searching for 14-year-old Imani Ayala, who was last seen on Wednesday at around 9:13 p.m. in the area of 52nd and Market Streets on the SEPTA eastbound platform. Imani is described as 5 feet 1 inch tall, weighing 165 pounds, and wearing glasses. She was last seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, black pants, and sneakers.
In a separate case, police are seeking information regarding the whereabouts of 54-year-old Shanan Mosley, who was reported missing from the 4400 block of City Avenue. Ms. Mosley’s exact date of disappearance is unknown. She is described as a Black female, 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighing 145 pounds, with a medium build, light brown complexion, brown hair, and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing all black clothing and snow boots.
