BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shooting that took place yesterday afternoon in Western Baltimore and left a 47-year-old man injured.

Police arrived at the 700 Block of Baker Street just before 12:30 to investigate a shooting report. At the location, officers found the victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was taken to a nearby hospital.

The condition and identity of the victim have not been released at this time.
