WASHINGTON, DC – The D.C. Metro Police Department has apprehended 41-year-old Michael Spencer in connection with an indecent exposure incident that took place on May 8 in Northeast Washington.

The suspect, who has no fixed address, allegedly exposed himself to a victim around 7:40 a.m. on the 400 block of 3rd Street NE, before fleeing the scene.

The arrest was made on Wednesday, May 22, following an investigation aided significantly by security camera footage. Spencer is now facing charges related to Lewd, Indecent, or Obscene Acts (Disorderly Conduct).
