WASHINGTON, D.C. – A recent stabbing incident in Northeast D.C. has led to the arrest of a man by the D.C. Metro Police Department. The violent episode, which took place in early March, has drawn significant attention from the First District detectives.

On the afternoon of March 1, a stabbing victim, an adult male, sought help from a police officer on the 700 block of 15th Street, Northeast. The officer promptly provided first aid, and the victim was subsequently rushed to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries. Further investigation traced the assault back to the 1400 block of G Street, Northeast.

Following a detailed inquiry, Christopher Moore, a 30-year-old man without a fixed address, was apprehended on March 26. Moore was charged with Assault with Intent to Kill, based on a DC Superior Court arrest warrant.
