Delaware State Police Investigate Road Rage Shooting Incident
**NEW CASTLE, DE** – Delaware State Police are investigating a shooting incident related to road rage that occurred Sunday morning in New Castle. On March 2, around 9:41 a.m., troopers responded to reports of shots fired on North Dupont Highway near Fairview Avenue.
Preliminary investigations revealed the incident involved a BMW SUV and an unidentified sedan. During the altercation, a suspect in the front passenger seat of the sedan discharged a firearm at the BMW driver, a 35-year-old Delaware man. The gunfire did not hit the BMW or its driver. After the shots, the suspect’s vehicle fled south on North Dupont Highway.
Authorities describe the suspect as a masked black male wearing dark-colored clothing. There is no further information regarding the suspect or the vehicle.

Woman Arrested by Wellsville Police on Trespass and Resisting Charges
**WELLSVILLE, NY** – Wellsville Police arrested Holly L. Harrington, 50, of Angelica, for charges of Trespass and Resisting Arrest.
The arrest was linked to an incident on North Main Street. Harrington was subsequently processed and issued an appearance ticket.
She was released after the processing. Harrington is scheduled to appear in Wellsville Village Court on March 18 at 4:30 p.m.

3-Year-Old Girl Found in Water at Chesapeake Park
**CHESAPEAKE, VA** – On Thursday at approximately 10:22 a.m., Chesapeake Police responded to Oak Grove Lake Park following a report of a missing 3-year-old girl.
Officers commenced a large-scale search of the park and surrounding areas. At 11:20 a.m., the child was discovered in a nearby body of water and was in medical distress.
Life-saving measures were administered at the scene by officers. The child was subsequently transported to a local hospital for medical treatment.
The Chesapeake Police Department is currently investigating the incident. No further details have been released at this time.

Utica Police Charge Man with Drug Possession
**UTICA, NY** – On February 28th at approximately 8:10 PM, officers from the Utica Police Department’s Crime Prevention Unit conducted a vehicle stop on Genesee Street near Bank Place for traffic violations under New York State laws.
During the stop, officers observed a corner knotted baggie on the passenger side floorboard, containing a substance appearing to be cocaine. The occupants were asked to exit the vehicle, and upon searching one of the passengers, identified as Tremayne Rigsbee, 47, additional baggies were found on his person.
Rigsbee was taken into custody and transported to the Utica Police Department. There, it was confirmed that the amount of narcotics found was at a felony level.
An investigator from the Special Investigations Unit charged Rigsbee with third-degree and seventh-degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Utica Police Arrest Local Man for Drug Possession
**UTICA, NY** – On Sunday at approximately 11:00 PM, officers from the Crime Prevention Unit of the Utica Police Department stopped several individuals on the 900 block of Oswego St.
During the stop, officers identified one individual with an outstanding warrant. This individual was taken into custody, and a search revealed a large quantity of suspected heroin in his possession.
The detainee, Angel Gonzalez, age 29, was transported to the Utica Police Department. An investigator from the Special Investigations Unit assessed the situation and confirmed the narcotics were at a felony level quantity.
Gonzalez has been charged with three counts: Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the third degree, fourth degree, and seventh degree.
