A new series of guided sessions combining yoga, breathwork, and massage is set to begin this spring at a local community facility.
Toms River, NJ – Toms River Recreation is introducing a series of “Rebalance & Restore” classes designed to promote relaxation through guided breathwork, restorative yoga, and therapeutic massage. The sessions will be held on select dates this spring at the township’s Youth Services building on North Bay Avenue.

The program includes three scheduled sessions: March 28 from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., April 20 from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., and May 16 from 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. Each class is structured to guide participants through restorative poses paired with meditation and breathing exercises.
Focus on relaxation and guided instruction

Organizers say the sessions are intended for individuals of all experience levels, including beginners. The program description notes that participants will “melt into supported restorative yoga poses while guided breathwork and meditation help quiet your mind.”
In addition to yoga and breathing exercises, attendees will receive therapeutic massage during the session as part of the overall experience.

Classes are priced at $50 per person, with limited space available. Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat or blanket, a towel, and a pillow for comfort during the session.
