Midday gunfire leaves man wounded on Northwest Baltimore street
Baltimore, MD — A late-morning shooting in Northwest Baltimore left a man injured and prompted an active investigation in a residential neighborhood.
Officers responded around 11:38 a.m. Friday to the 4100 block of North Rogers Avenue after receiving reports of gunfire.
At the scene, police located a 43-year-old male suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. He was transported by medics to a nearby hospital for treatment. His condition has not been released.
Detectives from the Northwest District are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the shooting. No suspect information has been made available.
