WILKES-BARRE, PA — A domestic dispute in Wilkes-Barre led to the arrest of 49-year-old Sean Mulligan on charges of assault. The incident occurred on June 10, 2024, at approximately 10:33 AM on the 300 block of North Pennsylvania Avenue.
Police were called to the scene following reports of a domestic dispute. Upon arrival, officers were approached by a 38-year-old woman who reported that Mulligan had physically assaulted her before fleeing the area.
