HACKENSACK, NJ – Ruben Saca, a 54-year-old man from Hackensack, NJ, has been charged with aggravated sexual assault, sexual assault, and endangering the welfare of a child, as announced by Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella.
These charges came after an investigation led by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office and the Hackensack Police Department.
The inquiry began on March 17, 2023, after the report of an alleged sexual assault of an 11-year-old child. The investigations found that Saca sexually assaulted the minor on multiple occasions in Hackensack, NJ. Saca was arrested in Paramus, on Tuesday and remains in the Bergen County Jail pending his first appearance in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack, NJ.
