SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Late Friday morning, a 26-year-old man was shot in the arm on the 400 block of Delaware Street.
Syracuse police officers arrived at the scene shortly before noon and discovered several bullet casings.
The injured man reached Upstate University Hospital through private means.
According to Lt. Matthew Malinowski, a spokesperson for the Syracuse police, the victim’s injuries are non-life-threatening.
He is expected to recover.
