AKRON, OH — A local man is feeling a lot more than lucky after scoring the $300,000 top prize on the Ohio Lottery’s Feeling Lucky scratch-off game, officials announced Friday.
The winning ticket was purchased at Acme Fresh Market #1, located at 1835 W Market Street in Akron. After mandatory state and federal taxes totaling 27.125%, the winner will receive a payout of $218,625.
Feeling Lucky is a $10 scratch-off game with a top prize of $300,000. As of October 10, five top prizes still remain in circulation.
