GARFIELD, NJ – A shooting incident that took place last Sunday, around 11:45 p.m. in a parking lot at 7 Jewel Street is currently under investigation. Garfield Police responded to a 911 call, finding a 26-year-old male with non-life-threatening injuries.
The victim was transported to Hackensack University Medical Center and is now in stable condition. The Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crimes Unit and the Garfield Police Department are conducting the investigation under the direction of Chief Jason Love and Chief Richard Uram, respectively.
