BRICK, NJ – More than 700 residents on the Brick Beaches barrier island are without power Sunday evening as utility crews work to determine the cause of an outage that struck the coastal community earlier in the night.

According to utility officials, approximately 707 customers are affected, with restoration currently estimated for 11:00 p.m. Sunday. A repair crew has been dispatched to assess the situation and begin necessary work once the source of the outage is confirmed.
