WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Washington, D.C. Metro Police Department discovered a man who had been shot near Miner Elementary School in Northeast D.C. on Monday morning following reports of gunfire.
After receiving calls about the sound of gunshots, officers responded to the 1200 block of Raum Street in Northeast D.C. The injured man was located on the 1600 block of G Street, conscious and breathing.
