Rookie K9 Cop Makes Two Arrests First Day on The Job

🚨🐾 The law enforcement team welcomed a new member, K9 Taz, who made an impressive start on his first shift, achieving remarkable success alongside his handler, Deputy Miller. Taz, having just completed his patrol and narcotics certifications, played a pivotal role in apprehending two wanted criminals.

The first incident involved the capture of Paul King, the subject of a “Wanted of the Week” notice. Deputy Miller, along with Deputies Richardson and Velazquez, responded to a tip about King’s location. King attempted to flee upon being informed of his warrant but halted when confronted by K9 Taz, leading to a successful and non-violent apprehension.

The action didn’t stop there. Shortly after King’s capture, the team was in Chassahowitzka searching for another wanted individual. K9 Taz and Deputy Miller thoroughly checked various buildings and sheds before tracking through the woods. Demonstrating his trained skills, Taz located the suspect hiding behind a tree, leading to another successful arrest.
