NEW YORK, NY – An autistic 4-year-old boy from Queens was killed after being struck by an SUV after attending his older brother’s funeral.
The incident took place on Sunday. Domantea McDonald, 4, just arrived at his uncle’s home after attending the funeral for his older brother Tysheem McDonald, 18, who was killed two weeks ago.
The boy separated from his mother in front of the 147th Street home in South Jamaica and ran into traffic where he was struck by a passing SUV.
The driver of the Toyota RAV4 stayed at the scene of the crime and was not charged at this time.
