BALTIMORE, MD — Investigators are working to identify several individuals believed to be connected to a series of property crimes and thefts from vehicles that occurred in the early morning hours of July 13 in the Federal Hill neighborhood.
The incidents took place between 3:30 a.m. and 5:55 a.m., during which multiple cases of destruction of property and larceny from auto were reported. Southern District detectives are reviewing surveillance footage and other evidence in efforts to identify the suspects involved.
