Senator Jennifer Beck (R-Monmouth) urged her Democrat colleagues to end the partisan gridlock finally fill a state Supreme Court vacancy with David Bauman, of Monmouth County.

“This is a well-deserved re-nomination for David Bauman, who justly received substantial praise by Senate Democrats on his re-confirmation to the state Superior Court in Monmouth County,” Beck said. “Although this Senate should have confirmed his original state Supreme Court nomination in 2012, we have a fresh start to serve the people of New Jersey with a full Supreme Court and show that we are above the partisan gridlock in Washington D.C.”
