COLUMBUS, OH – Today, February 18, 2022, detectives charged 17-year-old Harrison Finklea with 1 count of Murder and one 1 count of Aggravated Robbery. Finklea is NOT in custody at this time. On Friday, February 3, 2022, at 12:30 am, Columbus Police Officers were called to the 1000 block of E. Dublin Granville Rd. on a report of a shooting. On arrival, officers found 42-year-old Jonathan Reddy suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. CFD Medic 24 responded and pronounced Reddy deceased at 12:56 am.
Reddy met with a male at a motel located in the 1000 block of E. Dublin Granville Rd. The male got into Reddy’s vehicle and after a short interaction shot Reddy. Afterward, the shooter fled the scene on foot with a female who was waiting nearby.
