Driver charged with DUI after crashing into tree

LACEY, NJ – On Saturday, January 8, 2022, at 11:29 p.m., Officers Brian Holt and Michael Hyle responded to Sunrise Boulevard for a one-car motor vehicle accident.  Officers discovered that a vehicle driven by Michael Castellano, 24, left the roadway and collided with a tree.  Castellano was arrested for being under the influence and later released pending a Court appearance.
