Washington, D.C. — In a recent speech, President Joe Biden inadvertently read the phrase “end of quote” from the teleprompter, echoing a similar mistake made in the past.
The incident occurred just days after Biden faced criticism during four days of debate over his fitness for office. During the brief four-minute speech, after which he took no questions, Biden again fell into the teleprompter trap, a gaffe reminiscent of news anchor Ron Burgundy’s fictional on-air errors.
This slip has sparked further discussions regarding the President’s reliance on scripted prompts during public addresses.
