Columbus, OH – The Columbus Division of Police is attempting to identify a person involved in an aggravated robbery on Sawmill Road. On Monday, the suspect entered Dollar Tree, threatening two employees and a customer with a knife.
The suspect subsequently forced the store manager to open the safe before leaving the premises. The direction in which the suspect fled is not known.
Investigators are appealing to the public to help identify the individual seen on CCTV footage. Anyone with relevant information is urged to contact Detective Braskie of the Columbus Police Robbery Unit at 614-645-2601. Anonymous tips can also be offered through Central Ohio Crime Stoppers at 614-461-TIPS (8477).
