PHILADELPHIA, PA — A man was shot Sunday in the city’s 16th District and managed to walk himself into the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania before being transferred to another facility, police said.
The shooting took place on the 600 block of North 38th Street, where the adult male victim was struck by gunfire. The man then made his way to HUP under his own power and was subsequently transported to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center. His current condition is unknown.
